The Schedule
Sunday, February 27th
8:30am: Come On In
9:00-9:30am: Nourish | Breakfast, Coffee, & Tea
We’ll begin our day with one of our favorite nourishing and warming rituals - breakfast! Light bites, coffee, and tea provided.
9:30-10:00am: Welcome | Cozy Connection + Hellos
During this time we will share our intentions for our time together, set rules and explain the rhythms of our day. It’s a warm blanket, cozy socks, take-your-shoes-off, and settle in feeling.
10:00-10:30am: Practice | Mindfulness, Meditation, & Guided Journaling
Turning our focus inward, we will take a moment to reflect on what brought us to this shared space. Taking what is needed and leaving what is not, we will gently tune in to the day.
10:30-11:00am: Centers | Choose Your Rhythm
During this time of the day, you’ll be given the opportunity to choose between two movement practices that feel good such as a guided walk outside or morning flow.
11:00-12:00pm: Conversation Circle | Embodied Wisdom
With special guests, Bailee Bruce, Leah Palmer, Casey Freeman, Tina Kambour and Kori Lyn Hall. This conversation will center our attention to self through the pathways of ancestral wisdom, mind/body/spirit attunement, and how we receive and/or gather from our mentors, elders, knowledge givers, fairy godmothers/fathers.
12:00-12:45pm: Nourish | Bring Your Own Lunch
1:00-2:00pm: Practice | Creating, Visioning, & Curating Your Inner & Outer Seasons
Creativity is integral to every season of life and can dwindle this time of year. During this time of the day, you’ll be given the opportunity to choose between two creativity practices you’d like to explore.
2:15-2:45pm: Centers | Choose Your Practice
For our final take what you need moment, you will have the opportunity to choose between a Spirituality Practice or Movement Study.
2:45-4:00pm: Connection Circle & Closing Celebration
We end as we began in connection to each other. A final moment to receive and pass along the gifts of Winter. This will serve as a final moment of connection and celebration before we all go out into the world - renewed, restored, and connected to ourselves and others.
